Procedure of works
BBCS have outlined a simple procedure of works to help your loft conversion run as smoothly as possible.1. Arrange Drawings and Planning for your conversion (if required) - BBCS can do all of this for you.
2. Prepare a costing budget for your loft conversion (this is when we would provide a quotation so that you can see how much your conversion will cost with no hidden charges)
4. Commencement of work with typical schedule as below
- Strip areas of roof for access
- Fix structural steelwork
- Fix structural timberwork
- Roofing
- Fix windows and/or Velux windows
- Plumbing and electrics
- Cut hole and fix staircase
- Insulation / Plasterboard / Plaster
- 2nd Fix (decorative) to include carpentry, plumbing and all electrical work
- Decorate (if required by customer)
- Clear site and leave clean and tidy, as we found it
